Terms of Use:
In consideration of use of the CNN World Report Archives and or/Database at Texas Tech University, I hereby represent, warrant and agree that I shall only use the audio, video and written materials made available to me from the archives and/or database of CNN World Report programming at Texas Tech University solely for purposes of scholarly research and study and I shall not in any way, use these materials for commercial or other purposes. I hereby further agree that I shall not, and shall not authorize any third party to, make a copy or copies of or distribute all or any portion of any audio, video and written materials provided me by Texas Tech University. I further agree to return all audio, video and written materials borrowed from the CNN World Report Archives at Texas Tech University within [_____] weeks of receiving any such materials from Texas Tech University.
I further agree that prior to publishing or distributing in any way, other than for academic grading purposes only, the results of my research or the archives and/or database, I shall ensure that either I, or, if the publication or distribution is to be by a third party, then the organization or entity that intends to publish or distribute such research, shall execute and indemnity agreement with CNN, which such agreement shall contain language substantially in the form set forth immediately below. In the event such an agreement is not signed, I shall not allow the research to be published or disseminated.
