WELCOME To the AAFF at Texas Tech University and the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center

AAFF Goals:

  • To support and celebrate Texas Tech's commitment to cultural diversity
  • To promote an understanding of the Arab culture, civilization, and the Arab world in general
  • To assist Texas Tech in attracting and recruiting the best and brightest faculty and scholars in the fields related to the Arab studies
  • To develop an academic forum that enhances creativity, innovation, and coooperation among Arab American faculty, colleagues, and the wider academic community
  • To foster Texas Tech's effort to recruit, retain, and graduate a larger, more academically prepared, and more internatinally diverse student body

AAFF Dinner held in honor of HE Hunaina Sultan Al-Mughairy, the Ambassador of Oman, at the Islamic Center of the South Plains.
