Performance of Sichuan Opera for Face Changing

ACSSL is now coordinating with Lubbock Chinese Association to present a Sichuan Opera on Bianlian (literally "Changing Face").

Bianlian is a traditional Chinese art from Sichuan opera. The performers from Chengdu, China, will wear differently colored masks that they can change in a fraction of a second, allowing for a sudden change of facial expression. This art is such a highly esoteric secret that it is under protection by the Chinese government. So don't miss out this great opportunity for its first show in West Texas!!!
