What is ACT?
Texas Tech Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow is a collegiate organization that focuses on the development of communication skills and provides opportunities for community service, leadership, social, educational, and fundraising activities.
The Texas Tech chapter has an average of 45 members each year, and throughout the course of the year, members will have the opportunity to become more aware of communication opportunities in the agricultural industry through lectures by guest speakers, internship opportunities, and educational trips to different corporations related to agricultural communications.
Our Purpose
The purpose of this organization is to stimulate interest in the profession of agricultural communication, promote the interchange of ideas among students and faculty members and with other ACT chapters, and establish professional contacts through the organization.
