Welcome to Alpha Phi Omega, a national, co-ed, service fraternity. For over seventy-five years, we have set the standard for college campus-based volunteerism. Alpha Phi Omega strives to help each member develop leadership skills, secure lasting friendships and provide service to others.
Hours:
Min. 40 Hours of Service – This may include a maximum of 10 hours of service from outside the chapter
Min. 5 Fellowship Functions – This includes any announced official fellowship functions
Min. 5 Leadership Functions – This includes 2 Different Committee meetings (not including the Executive Committee Meeting listed below)
1 Executive Committee meeting
2 Active Chapter meetings (excluding presentation and elections)
Combination of 10 hours in either the Office (answering phones, cleaning, getting sigs, hanging out, and visiting with the actives) or Study Hall (held in the library with Pledge Trainers)
Attendance:
Attendance at all Pledge Meetings is required. For every absence from Pledge Meetings over two (2), you will be required to accrue 1.5 hours more of service.

Time: 6:00 p.m.
NOTE: Please notify one of your pledge trainers or the Head Pledge Trainer of any complications such as class or tests.
Big Brother:
You must meet with your Big Brothers at least 4 times.
Tests:
You must complete two pledge tests. All tests contain the Purpose, Toast Song and information covered during the meetings. A passing grade of 70% or better is required and the Purpose and Toast Song must be memorized.
Dues:
Pledge Semester: $110.00 (first semester only)
Current Active Dues: $75.00 (every semester following)
First payment of $28.00 to be made at Pledge Ritual. The remaining dues total $80.00 and are to be paid out in intervals of $20.00 on a weekly basis for four consecutive weeks. All dues MUST be paid before being inducted into active membership.

NOTE: Talk to your Pledge Trainers if you have any extenuating circumstances that would not allow you to complete the Required Activities.

Pledge Fellowship Activity
Pledge Class Scrapbook
Pledge Class T-shirt Design

Signatures (fun to do, but NOT required):
This includes the following:
80% of the signatures from the original Sig List, including the Pledge Trainers and the Executive Committee.
Any Active paying after the original deadline may be considered a sig, but the original number of the sig list will not be changed.
All pledge trainers
All members of the Executive Committee
The head pledge trainer will be your last sig before you give your paddle to you big brother
Two advisors including the Chair of the Advisory Committee .
