Guidelines for sending information:

We recommend sending pictures and other important documents through e-mail rather than through regular mail.  This makes it much easier for us to store the information and it will also make it easier for us to send it back to your squadron officers in the distant future.  When sending more than one file, please zip them all together into a .zip file.  Also make sure that your .zip files do not exceed 3 megabytes.  If you have more information that you want to send via e-mail, then send up to 3 megabytes of information per week.  If you have any questions, please contact the archives commander.
