Important Information

Right now, Cindy and Dana are working like crazy to plan the best Design Expo that we have ever had!
So far, here is what they have come up with:

• A learning session presented by Bentley Prince Street in the morning
• Session will include the color forecast for 2007
  (More details to come)
• Everyone joining ASID will receive a Design Expo Day t-shirt
• All Interior Design Students will receive an 18 month calendar featuring
  all of our Platinum Sponsors
  (It's a bookmark type calendar; it will easily fit into a book or a spiral)
• A raffle to raise money for Child Protective Services Christmas gifts
• Awesome prizes available including an Allsteel task chair
• Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

What are the Benefits of Design Expo?

Design Expo is held annually as a convention with the purpose of introducing students to both design professionals and products. Vendors can introduce their company to interior design students and they have to opportunity to showcase new products. Students are able to establish contacts with professionals in the design field and the can receive information about products.

The purpose of Design Expo Day is to provide design students with the opportunity to meet professionals and to learn more about careers that are available in the industry. We are very excited to see what Cindy McCuistion and Dana Hansen have in store for us this year.

We know that you all love the free stuff...we do too. However... don't just come because of the free stuff, come because you are interested in meeting these vendors. Get excited about what you do, and come explore the possible opportunities that are waiting for you at Design Expo 2006.... Who knows, maybe you'll figure out where you want to go in your career, or maybe you'll make some awesome contacts with vendors. Either way, it's going to be great fun!!!

The first 18 sponsors will have their logo displayed on a page in a 18-month calendar given to all ID students,  logo displayed in event directory, and sponsor  will receive an appreciation gift

Sponsor will have their  logo displayed in event directory and sponsor will receive an appreciation gift
