DNA SYNTHESIS
Custom oligonucleotides*

30 nmol scale synthesis (typical yield~100 ug) $0.89 per

*Includes cleavage of the final product from the support, deprotection, and lyphilization.
Other synthesis scales may be available on request.

Common primers (available immediately) $20.00/10 ug
(cleaved, deprotected, quantified and lyophilized)

DNA SEQUENCING
(Includes sequencing reaction and capillary electrophoretic sequencing run. User supplies template DNA (typically at 100ng/ul water) and any custom primer (typically at 1pmol/ul water). Approximately 2 pmol primer is required per sequencing reaction. Direct PCR fragment sequencing requires 10ng per 100 bp of template fragment; plasmid sequencing requires approximately 300 ng template DNA per reaction; phage sequencing requires >500ng template DNA per reaction so it is usually submitted at a higher concentration).

ABI 3130 4-capillary $7.50 per run
FRAGMENT ANALYSIS
CEQ 8000 8-capillary $6.00 per run or
$4.00 per run (for whole plate of samples)

BIACORE X
Please consult with Facility staff for requirements and pricing.

PROTEIN PURIFICATION
Please consult with Facility staff for requirements and pricing.

PROTEIN IDENTIFICATION

N-terminal protein sequencing $75.00 set-up plus $5.50 per cycle
(User should supply 50-100 pmoles of pure protein and should consult
with the Facility staff for further information)

minimum charge (for 4-cycle "Sequencability check") $97.00
20 cycles $185.00

Electrospray Mass Spectrometry $25.00 per run
(User should supply 1 pmol of digested protein (typically tryptic digest)
and should consult with Facility staff for further information)
