If you are interested in applying for a position as a telephone interviewer in the ESRL, please read the following information:
- Telephone interviewers are hired as part-time employees and are not eligible for benefits such as vacation, sick leave or health insurance.
- The ESRL cannot guarantee steady work. There may be stretches when there is no work available.
- The starting pay rate for an interviewer is $8.50 per hour.
- Interviewers are paid every two weeks.
- Interviewers are expected to regularly work weekend shifts.
- Applications are strongly encouraged from individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish.
