Please Join Us
If you are not currently a member of GBP and would like to be, consider Honorary Membership status.

Honorary Members are those members who may not have been officially invited into the organization, but promise to be dedicated to meeting the service and social obligations of the organization.

How Honorary Membership status works
*You will print out the Honorary Membership Application, fill it out, and send it to the following address:

Texas Tech University
Student Union Building
Mail Stop 42031-85
Lubbock, TX 79409


You may apply for Honorary Membership at any time.

*The officers will review your application, and upon are acceptance, you will be notified of your point goal for the semester (based on days left in the semester).

*If you meet your point goal you will remain an Honorary Member as long as you earn 10 points per semester from then on, you will remain in good standing.

***If you FAIL TO MEET your point goal, you will be automatically removed from the organization.

*NOTE: Honorary Members do not have the opportunity to hold probationary status.

Membership Dues
*If you were previously inducted into GBP, then you will owe dues of $15 per Spring semester.

*If you have never been inducted into GBP before, you will owe dues of $50 initially and then $15 each Spring semester thereafter.
