The Graduate Organization of Counseling Psychology Students (GOCoPS) exists for the following purposes:

1. To serve as an advocate for members

2. To serve as an information source for members

3. Integrate students socially into the program

4. To fund opportunities for professional development

5. To aide in the recruitment of new graduate students to the Psychology department.

6. To promote the reputation of Texas Tech University
