GOCoPS is always looking for new ways to help out our community. If you have an idea, please share it with one of the officers!

Current Volunteer Projects:

The Graduate Organization of Counseling Psychology Students hosts an annual donation drive in April/May to collect items for Women's Protective Services.  As many of you know, domestic violence shelters are always in need of supplies such as household products, toiletries, and linens.  Also, several women arrive at the shelter with infants and children, who require special products.  The shelter provides for the basic living needs of these women and children.  Sometimes, they are more in need of some supplies than others.  Women's Protective Services will accept:

Baby wipes

Any type of baby formula

Sanitizer

Disinfectant spray

Floor cleaner

Detergent

Facial tissue

6 oz. cups (Styrofoam, plastic, etc.)

Very small plastic cups (for medication dispense)

Mops

Mop buckets

Brooms

The box is in the main office to collect donations
