Letters of Reference or Recommendations
Recommendation letters are an OPTIONAL step in the recruitment process and are NOT REQUIRED to participate in the recruitment process. If a chapter desires a recommendation letter, it is ultimately the chapter's responsbility to obtain the recommendation.
Potential New Members MUST register with the Texas Tech Panhellenic Council even if you register with a local Alumnae Panhellenic Association. And we still need you to mail TTU Panhellenic the requested pictures and transcripts!
Forms for letters of reference/recommendation can usually be found on the
national organization's website or in the national magazine.
For any questions concerning the alumnae organization's Recruitment or letters
of reference/recommendation, they should contact their chapter directly.
Letters of reference should be mailed by the Alumna writing the reference directly to the sorority lodges at Texas Tech University. Please address all envelopes "Attention: Recruitment Reference Chair" Addresses are below:
