At the beginning of the 2001 fall semester a group of international Midwestern University undergrads came to Texas Tech in the hopes of entering Graduate School.  GPSGA  was delighted that the Graduate School Deans (Dr. Ron Anderson, Graduate School Dean; Dr. Judy Toyama, Assistant Dean; Mr. Ralph Ferguson, Assistant Dean; Dr. Allen Headley, Assistant Dean) included the Graduate and Professional Student Government Association as well as a few current Texas Tech international students to be part of their visit.  These prospective graduate students were given information regarding the application process from Dr. Judy Toyama, Admissions Dean, and the Graduate School staff.  These students were then treated to lunch at Skyviews, which is ran by the Restuarant and Hotel Management (RHIM) student,s and  given tours of our campus.  We hope to see many of these students return to Raiderland and become part of our prestigious university!
