HOMSA Purpose
The purpose of HOMSA is to:
- Provide social and intellectual interaction among members and faculty
- Encourage academic excellence and a forum for student expression
- Provide a vehicle for many informal aspects of a graduate education
- Aid new members with scheduling and planning in a graduate school environment
- Aid in graduate placement
- Conduct activities conducive to the welfare of the graduate student
