There will be two opportunities for advertising at this conference, the Conference Program and the Conference Proceedings.  The Conference Program will be a spiral-bound document that will be given to each presenter and conferee at the conference.  The Conference Proceedings will contain a copy of each presentation, in formal journal style.  It will also be a spiral-bound document and will be offered for sale at $40.00 each.  Due to time constraints it, will be distributed after the conference (no later than 1 August 2000).  Both publications will be 8 ½ x 11 “ and will have a front and back cover in colored paper with black and white inside pages.  Fees and rates (subject to change) are as follows:

Exhibits

Cost: $50.00 for a two-day conference, with $25.00 deposit payable by 4/17/00. 

Space/Location: One 8-foot draped table, per exhibitor, in foyer by meeting room 

Regulations: The hotel will not permit any affixing of signage or decoration to the walls, floors and ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance.  The exhibitor can bring standing display frames, table-top displays, tripods and easels as long as the display stands alone.  The standing display cannot extend beyond the 8-foot range of the table. 

Educational: The display must be of educational value pertaining to exotic leather.  No sales of a product will be made on the premises.  This is an opportunity for the exhibitor to network by giving information and promoting a product/service. 

Setup: before the conference starts at 7:00 AM on 16 May 2000. 

Dismantle: after the last scheduled time to view displays on 17 May 2000.
