Functions of Committee:
- To create our Visual Presence (signage,
posters, etc.).
- To select promotional items (with input
from the Executive Officers).
- To develop posters, flyers, invitations,
etc. for the events. The collaborating committee would provide
the information.
- To consider creating new brochures
incorporating our events, accomplishments and membership
information. This could be a mailer.
Goals:
- To develop new brochures.
- To purchase a display board and
promotional items for NEO and other events.
- To work with the Historian to develop a
PowerPoint presentation for NEO and other events.
- To develop a newsletter (with input from
the officers) to be downloaded from the LHFSA website.
- To have committee meetings twice a month
in order to meet goals listed above.
Ideas:
- To use the printing department at TTUHSC
for all of our printing needs, i.e. posters, flyers,
invitations, newsletters, etc.
- To develop a poster promoting LHFSA to
distribute to various departments at TTU and TTUHSC.
