Where is Junction, TX ?
How do I get to Junction?
From the North
Campers arriving from the North, take US 83/US 377 South
(the main business street) through town. Take a right at
the first stop light (corner with the Super S
Supermarket). Follow US 377 for about 1 mile. Take a
left at the Texas Tech University Junction Campus sign (Flatrock
Ln.) and continue over the bridge across the South Llano
River. About one-quarter mile past the bridge, turn
right onto FM 2169 and continue on to the Texas Tech
University Junction Campus.
From the West
Campers arriving from the West would follow the same directions as campers arriving from the North, exiting I-10 at the first Junction exit, exit 456. Turn onto US 377 South (the main business street) through town. Take a right at the first stop light (corner with the Super S Supermarket). Follow US 377 for about 1 mile. Take a left at the Texas Tech University Junction Campus sign (Flatrock Ln.) and continue over the bridge across the South Llano River. About one-quarter mile past the bridge, turn right onto FM 2169 and continue on to the Texas Tech University Junction Campus.
From the East
Campers arriving on I-10 from the East (San Antonio, Austin, etc.) should take the first exit, exit 460 (Business Loop 481), which will cross over the interstate and continue down the hill to FM 2169. Turn left on FM 2169 and continue one mile to the Texas Tech University Junction Campus.
Will there be a place to stay if I show up early?
