Ag Council Raffle

Ø  The Student Agricultural Council would like to raffle off 6 SIDES OF PORK!!!

Ø  These will be raffled off on November 19^th, 2003.

Ø  Tickets will be sold for $5.00 per ticket or 3 tickets for $10.00.

Ø  Each organization will be responsible for selling 40 tickets @ $5.00 per ticket or $200.00 worth of tickets.

Ø  Point System:

o    10 pts for the first 40 tickets sold.

o    5 pts for every 10 tickets sold after that.

Ø  The Ag Council is in need of a fundraiser for yearly expenses and this will hopefully fill the void. 

o    Ag Council wishes to donate a percentage of the profits from this fundraiser to the local United Way organization.

Ø  Expenses:  $550.00

250 lbs. x .52 lb = 130.00 (3) = ~$400.00

Shipping = ~$150.00 (minimum)
