Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need my own juggling equipment?
Are you guys a fraternity or greek?
Can you teach me how to juggle?
What are the requirements for joining?
Do I have to stay the whole time? What if I'm late?
How much does it cost?
Absolutely nothing. We don't charge dues to our members or people who visit. It's free to watch us perform and it's free to join. We pay for our equipment by performing at different functions and through university funding.
Do I need my own juggling equipment?
No, we have club equipment and we bring some of our own for people to use. Though you are not required to bring your own equipment, we do encourage it. It never hurts to have more equipment than we need.
Are you guys a fraternity or greek?
Nope. We're just a group of people who happen to like the same thing. We are however a registered student organization
Can you teach me how to juggle?
Yes we can. Not only do we help people who already know how to juggle, but we also enjoy teaching people who have never juggled before. Also, never tell your self, you CAN'T learn to juggle. ANYONE can learn how to juggle. The real question is do you WANT to learn to juggle. As long as you have the interest and a little patience, you can learn almost any juggling trick.
What are the requirements for joining?
Pretty much just enjoy yourself. If you're a Tech student and you want to join us, go right ahead. You don't have to become a member, know how to juggle, or pay any money to join or just visit our club. You don't even have to participate, you can just sit back and watch as we try to learn new tricks and practice old ones.
Do I have to stay the whole time? What if I'm late?
We work on a very flexible schedule. Although the meetings start at 3:30 and 7:30, they can go as long as people want them to. It basically goes until everyone gets tired, and we have no problem if people have to leave early. And just because you're running late, don't let that stop you from coming. We have no problem with that either (but we like it when you're on time).
We do several events for the university and several outside of the university. You can visit the Events page for more information. |
