This arena was originally built by Texas Tech University
students and alumni back in the 1950s. This location was revived in the mid 1990s upon hiring a new rodeo coach and revamping the rodeo program.
Today, the Dub Parks Memorial Arena serves as practice grounds for the
Tech Rodeo Team
as well as a location for equine Animal Science classes.

- 285' x 150' Practice Arena
- 285' x 30' Roping Alley
- 15 Stall Horse Barn (165' x 25')
- 5 Round Pens
- Various other holding pens
- 2 Tack/feed sheds
- Roping stock (changed out each term or as needed)
