Texas Tech Rodeo uses two main facilities.

Texas Tech Equestrian Center

Dub Parks Memorial Arena

This facility (previously known as Caprock Equestrian Center) was donated to Texas Tech by Curtis and Sue Griffith as of January 1, 2004. The Texas Tech Equestrian Center has hosted the Texas Tech NIRA Rodeo since October 2004. In addition, the Tech Rodeo Team also uses the facility for practices as well as separate facilities just for Rodeo.

Tech Rodeo has the following dedicated facilities

300' x 150' practice arena

40' x 300' roping alley/arena

20 stall horse barn (12'x40' stalls) with hay, feed, tack storage (for rodeo student use only)

This arena was originally built by Texas Tech University students and alumni back in the 1950s. This location was revived in the late 1990s upon hiring a new rodeo coach and revamping the rodeo program.
