Message from Coach Chris Guay

Our first mandatory meeting will be Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 7 PM at Texas Tech Equestrian Center in the upstairs room of the indoor arena building.

Go to www.collegerodeo.com and download, print, and fill out completely the NIRA application for membership form and the Certificate of Clearance form. You will need to have all official transcripts ready to mail, even from summer school this summer! Bring a money order or cashier's check made out to "NIRA" for your NIRA membership dues, AND a separate check for $15 for the club dues. eMail Coach Guay if you have any questions.

Here's a summary of what you must bring to the meeting:

NIRA membership application (make sure you sign all forms!)
Certificate of Release form (make sure you sign all forms!)
Official transcripts of ALL colleges attended, even summer school
$255 for dues in a money order or cashier's check ONLY
$15 for club dues, a check to Texas Tech Rodeo Association

Meeting Agenda

We will have introductions/orientations, a BBQ, officer elections (for President, Vice President, and Secretary), turn in forms, transcripts, and dues (as mentioned above), will set next meeting date, and talk about the upcoming TTU Rodeo along with selling ads for the rodeo and ad deadline (each person is required to sell a minumum of $300 in sales--this is for your benefit!)
