Dr. Don Ethridge is the Associate Director of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources' Water Center. His research interests include production economics, natural resource economics (including rangeland economics and environmental economics), international economics, food and resource policy, and market and price analysis. Dr. Ethridge has performed research related to cotton encompasses all industry segments—from production inputs and financing to economics of textile processing, and developed an internationally recognized program in cotton economics, with emphasis on cotton price analysis and marketing. His water research includes pricing mechanism to achieve water use efficiency and water pollution reduction, investment in water-saving and range land improvements, and water use efficiency in agricultural production.
