Dr. Bradley Ewing specializes in operations management, managerial economics, macroeconomics, financial economics, applied time series econometrics, labor markets, hazard risk analysis, and forensic economics. His funded research includes collecting economic impact data and analyzing the implications for disaster areas and receiving regions, evaluating bank performance during natural disasters, and researching Wind Science for the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Dr. Ewing is the current Associate Editor for the International Journal of Continuing Engineering Education and Life-Long Learning. He has been served as a Fellow for the FDIC Center for Financial Research (2005-2006) and received several awards, including the best Paper Award from tech Academy of Economics and Finance (2005), Distinguished Lecturer award by Prairie View A&M University (2004), and Young Alumni Achievement Award by Kent State University (1996)
