The Water Initiative has a quarterly newsletter to disseminate relevant information to the Texas Tech water community and beyond. Article Submission

The Water Initiative Newsletter provides the opportunity for you to publicize your research, extension, education, and policy-related activities that are relevant to water issues. Our newsletter is distributed electronically and reaches a broad regional audience, including federal, state, and local agency personnel; university faculty; non-governmental organizations; elected representatives; industry; and other groups with interest in water-related issues.

We can make your contribution available to a large audience interested in these topics. For publication in the next issue, please send a one-paragraph description of the article to waterinitiative@ttu.edu. We can help you with editing the article, if needed.

For longer stories, the newsletter contains headlines and summaries of the main articles, including URL's for accessing the full story on the WI’s website. We welcome informally written articles that are relevant to water issues. Recommended maximum length for full articles is seven pages, including tables, charts, and photographs. Other contributions — for example, news briefs, press releases, conference and workshop announcements, or description of resource materials — should not exceed 3 to 4 pages. Since the complete article will be published on our website, please submit everything electronically to waterinitiative@ttu.edu. Please include the author's name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone and fax numbers.
