TIEHH
Researchers at The Institute of Environmental and Human Health and the Department of Environmental Toxicology study how toxic chemicals impact the environment and people. TIEHH uses science-based risk assessment to support sound environmental policy and law.
The Institute stimulates and develops environmental and health sciences research and education at Texas Tech University and the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center within an atmosphere of superior scholarship and collegiality so as to position Texas Tech to be premier in the state, nation, and world in the integration of environmental impact assessment of toxic chemicals with human health consequences.
